Hourglass Systems was founded in 1998 by benefits professionals who envisioned developing comprehensive technical solutions that would streamline the complicated tasks of management and enrollment in today’s ever changing employee benefits packages, reduce benefits related liability exposure, and eliminate overpayment of insurance premiums.  That vision has culminated in the AdminDirect benefits management system.   AdminDirect is extremely flexible in its design and functionality and is a milestone achievement.

Because of the complexity and diversity of employee benefit packages and the differing administrative and enrollment needs of clients, Hourglass Systems realized from the outset that AdminDirect would require continual development to meet changing market demands and, in many cases,  provide modifications to meet specific client needs.  Hourglass Systems is committed to monitoring industry trends and gathering client input, then using this information to further improve the core of AdminDirect and/or create custom benefits management and enrollment solutions for clients.

The goal of Hourglass Systems is to develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients who want to harness and implement the power of technology to increase efficiency in benefits administration and enrollment, reduce costs, and increase their bottom line.
