      Founded in 1998 by benefits professionals, Hourglass Systems has two primary goals: 1) Create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients who wish to utilize the power of technology to enhance the ease and efficiency of benefits administration. 2) Develop a means to simplify and streamline the complicated tasks of managing ever-changing employee benefits packages. These two goals have culminated together to form the AdminDirect Benefits Management System.

      With working knowledge of the complexity, transitions and diversity of employee benefit packages, Hourglass Systems realized early that AdminDirect would require efficient and continual development to ensure AdminDirect stays contemporary and efficient. Thus Hourglass Systems engineered AdminDirect to allow for any customizations appropriate for our clients individual needs.
