What is Admindirect

“AdminDirect is a benefits management and enrollment system designed to reduce and streamline the workload of corporate benefit administrators, agents, and other employee benefits professionals. System focus is placed on increasing the efficiency and accuracy of employee benefit related operations, reduction and/or automation of existing paper flows, increasing the accuracy of premium and employee contributions, electronic data interchange with benefit Carriers/HRIS/Payroll/other systems, and employee electronic enrollment (self-serve, agent, and call center options).

AdminDirect is not a one-size-fits-all application, but rather a modular system that allows for employer specific customizations and enhancements to insure the final enrollment and management solution provided meets a client’s own needs. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)

The ability to maintain your data is one thing, but what do you do with it after that? That's where AdminDirect's EDI module comes in. This module is an automated system that transmits your benefit eligibility data directly to the carrier. Traditionally associated with core style benefits such as medical, dental, and vision but it can also be setup for ancillary benefits such as life, disability, etc. where carrier capabilities permit.
